Joyce Antonette Mercado

Joyce earned her degree in accounting in 2020, where she juggled bookkeeping with a local diner and her studies. After obtaining her degree, she tried customer service during the pandemic, intending to learn more about foreign cultures. Joyce then decided to take her first step in local accounting, where she specialized in handling general ledger books, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes for a manufacturing and merchandising company. After that, she finally gained confidence in diving into foreign accounting. She handled multiple US and AU clients from the biotechnology industry, where she handled complex financial statement preparation and reporting, tax filing, and administrative tasks in accounts payable. 

Joyce is honored to join Accounting for Jewelers and is committed to providing exceptional service to the jewelry industry while being able to grow professionally and further improve her accounting skills.
