Before joining Accounting for Jewelers, Vince tried his hand at a few positions, including sales, customer services, and managing accounts receivable functions. He feels that accounting is essential for every firm, which is why he decided to seek a profession in this field. 

Vince is the youngest member of his family and his goal for 2023 is to become a great bookkeeper.

I enjoy accounting because I see a parallel between it and life, where everything must be in balance.

The fact that I work at Accounting for Jewelers is really beneficial to my well-being. I've seen that praise and criticism are provided when they're needed to encourage each team member's development and success, establishing the culture I enjoy and giving me the motivation to fulfill my goal.
What do you like about Xero, or working in the cloud?
The convenience and flexibility of Xero are great!
What's your favorite piece of jewelry that you own, and why?
I have never owned a piece of jewelry. However, I would adore a genuine gold bangle bracelet as my very first piece of jewelry.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to play with my dog outside when I have free time. He has an unmatched level of loyalty and love for me.
